About our products
Discount Hunters Direct sells selected returned, open-box and overstock items at fixed prices. Most items are one-of-a-kind (quantity 1). Product condition varies and is described honestly on each listing. Open-box and returned items are never sold as brand new unless clearly marked "Brand New Sealed".
Condition & accuracy
We describe each item's condition, tested status, included accessories and any missing parts to the best of our ability. Please read the full condition report before purchasing. Photos and descriptions refer to the specific unit for sale.
Pricing & availability
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Because most items are one-offs, availability can change quickly - an item may sell before a listing is removed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Returns & warranty
Return and warranty terms for used, open-box and for-parts items will be finalized before launch. Items sold "For Parts / Repair" are sold as-is and are not returnable.
Separate from the auction platform
This marketplace is for fixed-price direct sales only and operates separately from the Discount Hunters auction platform, which has its own terms.
